"Tomcat" Kevin O'Neil and Marc Hogan hold professional wrestling lessons every Thursday evening in their home borough of Dudley. Both O'Neil and Hogan have been wrestling around the UK for the past 9 years and in that time have wrestled for more than 40 different promotions.

One frequent visitor to the school will be former FCW Champion - The Bouncer who will assist Kevin and Marc in the training whilst there.

We not only cater for wannabe wrestlers, fancy being a referee or maybe a valet?
Do you want to be involved in wrestling, but don't fancy taking the hard bumps?
Maybe you'd like to be a part of the ring crew, or a backstage "gopher"?
Let us know and we'll do our best to get you started.

The one thing we ask for is dedication, if you only come training once a month then don't expect to ever be considered for a shot on a show.

The training is not easy, be prepared for a gruelling 30 minute warmup/workout, that will include jogging, sit-ups, squats, horizontal leg raises and neck rolls.

Training is held every Thursday evening from 7:00pm till 9:00pm, at a cost of just £5.00 per session, male/female showers and refreshments are available on site.

The FCW School Of Hard Knocks is insured to the tune of £5 million by The Amateur Martial Arts Association. Each student is required to purchase their own personal insurance after 3 lessons at a yearly cost of just £20.

Future Championship Wrestling will shortly be announcing details of our dedicated series of shows for upcoming wrestlers, this is something that all FCW trainees will be aiming for on their way to FCW 'Main Shows'.

Seminars -

Every few months we hold a 6 hour in-ring training seminar. These seminars run from 9am throught till 3pm. The cost for the six hours is just £20. For details on the next seminar, check the "News" page on the main site or use the email below.

The school has been going since January 2000 in three locations, and in it's time has produced many fine wrestlers including -
