Think you've got what it takes to step inside the squared circle?

"Tomcat" Kevin O'Neil and Marc Hogan hold professional wrestling lessons in their home borough of Dudley. Both O'Neil and Hogan have been wrestling around the UK for the past 11 years and in that time have wrestled for more than 40 different promotions.

- We not only cater for wannabe wrestlers, fancy being a referee or maybe a valet?
- Do you want to be involved in wrestling, but don't fancy taking the hard bumps?
- Maybe you'd like to be a part of the ring crew, or a backstage "gopher"?

Let us know and we'll do our best to get you started.

The one thing we ask for is dedication; if you only come training once a month then don't expect to ever be considered for a shot on a show.

The training is not easy; be prepared for a gruelling 30-minute warm-up/work-out that will include jogging, sit-ups, squats, horizontal leg raises and neck rolls.

Training is held once a month from 10:30am until 4:00pm at a cost of just £10.00 per session. Details of the next training day will be posted on the FCW main page.

The FCW School of Hard Knocks is insured to the tune of £5 million by the Amateur Martial Arts Association.
